In-Store Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with your statutory right or in accordance with this Returns Policy.

How to Return an Item

You can return an item to us in-store within 14 days of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase e.g. receipt, bank statement.

The items must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in their original packing
  • Be unopened

Faulty Items

Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of purchase without their packaging, however, packing would be appreciated, but you must provide proof of purchase, e.g. receipt, bank statement. Faulty items can be replaced when available, or be fully refunded if we cannot prove they were not faulty at the time of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once a return is accepted, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged in-store with little hassle. The items returned will be refunded (provided they meet the above requirements), and the new items will be purchased in a separate transaction.
