We only offer shipping on certain products. This will be displayed on product pages.
Orders are aimed to be delivered within 3 working days from order processing being completed, however this can not be guaranteed.
We typically use Yodel for most shipments, however, we may need to use another shipping service for certain orders.
For any other orders that shipping is unavailable, please use our Request Shipping form to let us know. We will contact you with prices if available.
If you get this error message when at checkout, this will mean either your order cannot be shipped to that address or your order is over the maximum weight for a package. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss further.
For orders over 10kg & under 20kg and of a certain size, we may be able to offer a delivery service, however, additional charges can be added. Please use the Request Shipping form or use the pop up Chat bubble to reach out to us.
Our processing times may vary depending on stock availability. If products in your order are out of stock, we will be in contact to discuss your options. Products ordered that are in stock will be processed in 1-2 working days.
