This privacy policy is solely for the use of in store activity.  

Lawrences takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal information we collect about you and how we use it.

We collect your personal information when you place an order with us, making an online payment (receiving a link via SMS), sign up to our loyalty programme & when requesting a digital receipt.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT:

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect the following information:

• Your full name, age, address, telephone number and email address.
• Orders information
• Payment information (for your security when you purchase a product through our website, over the telephone or in our physical shop we do not retain your credit card information. That information passes from you to the payment processor. Our payment processors are Zettle By PayPal for in store purchases and Stripe for online purchases.
• Any other data you may decide to submit to us.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION:

When you order something on our website, by telephone or in person at our physical shop, the information you provide to us is only used to complete that order. We do not share your data with any other person or entity except when required to do so to complete your order. We will only use your data to contact you with updates on orders, loyalty program offers & to send digital receipts.

We may share your personal information as required with the following third parties:

Credit Card companies and other payment providers in order to verify card payments and/or process refunds. We do not keep a record of your payment information. Postal delivery companies - to deliver products and process returns

Third parties that may work with us to host events, including third party ticketing companies.

HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your information for as long as it is required for the purposes it is supplied to us, or for as long as is legally required to do so. When your information is no longer required, we will always make sure that we dispose of it safely and securely.
