We currently only offer local delivery to Amble, Warkworth, Hauxley, Broomhill, Acklington, Hadston, Redrow & Widdrington. You can also chose to buy online to collect in-store.

Stock Levels
Stock levels change all day, everyday. We cannot guarentee any items to be in stock when your order online, however, we do try our best to keep stock levels displayed online up-to-date.
If you order online & we are currently out of stock of an item, we will refund you that amount which takes 5 to 10 days to show on your statement. Alternatly, if that item is due back in stock soon, we will contact you to discuss if you would like the item delivered once back in stock.
See an item you require but its out of stock? Click the message icon at the bottom right of the screen to give us a message. We will give you an idea when said item will be back in stock.
Pricing
Prices shown online may differ from in-store. Very rarely will items cost less in-store than online.
Sale items online will rarely be the same as in-store, this is to grow our website with more interactions. This also applies to free delivery options.
e.g. Horticultural Grit will cost you £5.90 online, but £6.00 in-store.
Delivery Terms
We currently only offer a local delivery service which is delivered by us. The areas we cover are Amble, Warkworth, Hauxley, Broomhill, Acklington, Hadston, Redrow, Widdrington, Shilbottle, Alnmouth, Lesbury, Felton & Ellington.
Delivery times are typically between 3pm & 6pm on the same day as purchase.*
*Excludes Wednesdays, orders will be delivered at an earlier time from 1pm.
*Excludes Sundays. No orders will be delivered on a Sunday. Any orders purchased on a Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday between 3pm & 6pm.**
**Excludes Bank holidays.
*For same by delivery, orders must be placed before 3pm.
If you are wanting an item delivered to an area not mentioned below, please get in touch to see if we can arrange a price and date.
Please note your email confirmation may indicate a delivery firm to ship your order. This will not be the case as all orders will be delivered by us.
