Description

Scilla non-scripta are an icon in the British countryside. Usually found in woodlands, Bluebells produce unmistakable bell-like blue flowers hanging from a thin stem.

Perfect for naturalising in shaded areas of a woodland garden or under the shade of a deciduous tree. If the desired effect is a smaller, more modest patch of flowers, remove the faded flowerheads at the end of the season to prevent the plant from naturalising further. If trees or a woodland are not available, these plants are just as happily grown in patio pots and borders.

Plant these bulbs 10cm deep and space them 10cm apart in mid to late Autumn to experience the sights and smells of a Bluebell wood in the garden. They like partial shade and a well-drained soil with a good supply of humus such as leaf mould or compost.

All of our products are available for Local Delivery. Ordering multiple 'Sheet Material' products may require an additional delivery charge if more than one delivery is required. We will contact you if this is the case.

 Items such as bags of sand, compost, cement & postfix, do have an order limit. We can only deliver up to 25 bags in one delivery. Additional items will have an additional delivery charge. (This applies to any product that can picked up & carried 1 or 2 at a time)

Local Delivery Service is same day if ordered 1 hour before closing time. This Excludes Thursdays ( No Deliveries on Thursdays & Sundays ) See our opening times here.

This product is available for in store collection. Please allow at least 1 hour of preparation time for orders. You will be emailed once your order is ready to be collected.

Shipping is via Royal Mail. We use their shipping costs to make sure you receive the most reliable price. 

For any other orders that shipping is unavailable, please use our Request Shipping form to let us know. We will contact you with prices if available.
